If you are ready to join an organization that truly supports community engagement and the success of our employees and members, we'd love to talk to you!Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToModel and instill leadership and accountability in the branch.Effectively address and resolve members' questions and concerns while uncovering needs.Assist in the oversight of the development of branch employees and act as a role model.Seek opportunities to grow the branch through business development in a new market.Ensure branch compliance with security and branch control policies and procedures.Step into any role in the branch as needed.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have the following:Minimum of 2 years in the financial industry in the following positions with demonstrated progressive responsibilities: Teller, Financial Services, and Lending.A minimum of 1 year in a lead role.A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.Demonstrated experience developing longer-term professional relationships with proven results.Experience identifying opportunities and making introductions to internal and external strategic partners.Starting Pay Range: $30.80 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience. Opportunities to earn incentives for meeting assigned goals.Schedule: Monday - Friday, business hours.
