Role Description The Insurance Sales Director for LegalShield will lead sales initiatives, manage client relationships, and drive business growth within the New York City Metropolitan Area. This hybrid role combines on-site and remote responsibilities, allowing flexibility while maintaining a strong presence in the region. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, building and managing teams, setting and achieving sales targets, and collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional client experiences. Qualifications Proven experience in insurance sales, business development, and client relationship managementStrong leadership skills with expertise in team building and mentoringAbility to execute strategic sales plans and meet set goalsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in negotiation and presentationAdaptability to hybrid work environments, with the ability to attend in-person meetings and events as neededKnowledge of and experience in the New York City Metropolitan Area market is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferredFamiliarity with technology-driven solutions and legal or identity protection services is advantageous
