A certified HubSpot Diamond Solutions Partner is adding a Technical Solutions Engineer to its growing RevOps practice. You'll design and deploy custom-coded integrations and automation solutions for B2B clients, working directly with a Director of Technical Solutions and a team of Solutions Engineers.About the CompanyWe are a HubSpot Diamond Solutions Partner specializing in Revenue Operations as a service. This consultancy has 11-50 people and a strong reputation in the HubSpot partner ecosystem. The work is hands-on, client-facing, and technically demanding.The OpportunityYou will report to the Director of Technical Solutions and serve as the primary technical engineer for custom-coded projects. Your work sits at the intersection of backend development and business process consulting, building solutions that clients couldn't get from off-the-shelf HubSpot configuration alone. This role is built for someone who wants to own complex technical problems from scoping through handover, not just implement someone else's designs.What You'll BuildDesign and deploy custom API integrations connecting HubSpot to third-party platforms and client systemsBuild workflow automation solutions that go beyond native HubSpot capabilities using Node.js, Python, or PHPScope custom projects alongside Solutions Engineers, defining technical requirements, timelines, and feasibilityDevelop repeatable, plug-and-play solutions that can be packaged and deployed across multiple clientsConduct peer code reviews and support User Acceptance Testing to ensure solutions meet client specsMaintain documentation covering architecture, logic, and troubleshooting steps for every custom buildDeliver completed solutions to client teams with training and handover supportQualificationsHands-on experience with the HubSpot REST API for integrations and custom workflow logicBackend development proficiency in Node.js, Python, or PHPExperience building and deploying API integrations between CRM platforms and third-party toolsStrong understanding of software development best practices including security, performance, and documentationBonus PointsHubSpot CMS, Operations Hub, or custom-coded actions experienceBackground in a consulting or client-facing agency environmentFamiliarity with RevOps frameworks (sales ops, marketing ops, or customer success ops)Experience implementing automated testing frameworksCompensation and BenefitsSalary: $120,000Employment Type: Full-timeWorkplace: Fully remote, US-basedAdditional benefits details available during the interview process.Interested?
