{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"f4234f91c4fd2f3dbee0202d","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/f4234f91c4fd2f3dbee0202d","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/f4234f91c4fd2f3dbee0202d","title":"Systems/ Network Administrator (ONSITE)","description":"Systems/ Network Administrator (Onsite ONLY)(Calabasas, CA)\n\nIDrive Inc. is a leader in cloud storage, backup and sync services with over 5 million users worldwide, and over 1 exabyte of storage.\nWe are seeking a skilled Facilities Systems/ Network Engineer with a strong foundation in IT engineering and expertise in network security and troubleshooting office equipment and network.\n\nQualifications:\n\n* Minimum of 4 years experience as IT technician, IT support, or a related field\n* Experience with basic cybersecurity principles, network security and antivirus software.\n* Experience providing IT support in an enterprise environment utilizing Active Directory, Hyper-V and Exchange\n* Experience working with network and server management support\n* Proficiency with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, and experience with network services like DNS, DHCP, and VLAN configuration.\n* Proficiency with managing and supporting Windows, Linux, and macOS\n* Proficiency of commonly used software (office suites, browsers, antivirus programs, etc.), and the ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot them.\n* Familiarity with setting up and troubleshooting office equipment (computers, printers, phones, etc.).\n* Familiarity with security camera systems and surveillance technology.\n* On-site full-time, in addition, be available for on-call\n* Strong organizational and time-management skills.\n* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot customer issues remotely\n* Keep track of tasks completed and keep records of any cases worked on\n* Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.\n* Be willing to tackle interesting and unique projects that may require inventive solutions to accomplish with the aid of your team.\n* Experience using helpdesk or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)\n* Excellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n* Relevant certifications in IT support, network administration(e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, MCSA)\n* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n* Experience with security camera systems and fob access control systems.\n* Experience with office inventory management tools and software/systems\n* Experience with VOIP phone systems\n\nJob Type: Full-time\n\nPay: $35.00 -
