We provide complete foodservice equipment maintenance and repair services for restaurants, QSRs, convenience stores, retailers, coffee shops, and concessions operations; specializing in commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment. We are a nationwide company, headquartered in Greenville, SC with local branches located coast to coast.\n\nThe Commercial Install Technician is responsible for driving a company vehicle to and from customer sites to load, transport, and install commercial kitchen equipment. The Technician will also provide excellent customer service and must be dependable and able to work independently or with little supervision.\n\nResponsibilities:\nLoads, transports, and installs commercial kitchen equipment into restaurants.\nInspects the commercial kitchen equipment and their related components to ensure safe operation.\nCommunicates with customer and branch office regarding status of installs to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated with customers.\nCompletes service tickets according to procedures.\nPerforms manual tasks such as: bending, reaching, standing, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., or maneuvering heavier items with additional manpower or appropriate devices.\nTracks truck stock to insure needed parts are stocked on vehicle.\nSustains service vehicle, tools, and uniforms to Tech24 standards.\nSets a positive example for less experienced and/or new technicians by being a Company advocate.\nFollows all company policies and procedures, particularly regarding safety.\n\nQualifications:\nValid driver's license and acceptable driving record\nEPA certification or other refrigeration license\n3 - 5 years of similar job experience\nSuperb customer service skills\nDependable and able to work independently\nAbility to climb ladders, work from heights, and crawl in tight quarters\nAbility to travel extensively within assigned territory\nAbility to work some nights, weekend, and holidays for on-call rotation with your department (frequency varies with department size\n\nBenefits Include:\nOn demand training and full trouble shooting support.\nCompany sponsored and manufacturer’s training\nCompany uniforms, phone, vehicle, and gas card\nMedical, vision, and dental insurance and short-term disability plans\nCompany paid long term disability and life insurance\nPaid time off and paid holidays\n401(k) retirement savings plan with Company match and immediate vesting\n\nTech24 is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
