Provide written reports as required.\n6. Check quality of work performed and promote quality finished product.\n7. Monitor efficiencies of work performed.\n8. Make necessary changes to make lines more efficient.\n9. Ensure Line Leaders and Line Workers are on the line maximizing utilization of equipment.\n10. Monitor handling and reporting of damaged or scrapped components.\n11. Provide training to Area Leaders and Line Leaders\n12. Ensure all employees are properly trained.\n13. Ensure that all safety procedures and policies are followed and proactively promote a safe work environment.\n14. Work with HR to recruit, interview, and train new hires.\n15. Provide pre-production and post-production inspections.\n16. Follow building opening and closing procedures.\n17. Enforce all policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.\n18.
