You’re responsible for driving profitable sales growth through all aspects of the store including; customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development. You are responsible for supporting the execution of the store strategy to achieve performance goals. Additionally, the above position is posted in accordance with Title 33 Mashantucket Pequot Tribal and Native American Preference Law - Native Americans receive preference in hiring for this position.\nWhat you'll do\nSupport strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer centric mindset.\nRecruit, hire and develop highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams.\nOwn assigned area of responsibility.\nImplement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.\nPerform Service Leader duties.\nEnsure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.\nRepresent the brand and understand the competition and retail landscape.\nPromote community involvement.\nLeverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.\nEnsure all compliance standards are met.\nWho you are\nA current or former retail employee with 1-3 years of retail management experience.\nA high school graduate or equivalent.\nA good communicator with the ability to effectively interact with customers and your team to meet goals.\nPassionate about retail and thrive in a fastpaced environment.\nDriven by metrics to deliver results to meet business goals.\nDetermined to effectively lead and inspire others to learn and grow through coaching and mentoring.\nAgreeable to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.\nAble to utilize retail technology. • Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 30 pounds.\nAbility to travel as required.\nHourly Range: $22.10 - $29.80\nEmployee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location.
