The Sr. Program Analyst will work alongside the Program Manager to lead the development, analysis, and implementation of complex client programs and initiatives. Our ideal Sr. Program Analyst will engage with stakeholders across our customer community and lead CFT personnel to accomplish client goals.\nThis is a full-time, hybrid position that may require at least 3 days per week on site in Washington, DC. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.\n(Position ID: CFT-30)\nResponsibilities\nLead comprehensive program analysis, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessments, and performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes\nCollaborate with the program manager, project managers, and stakeholders to design, implement, and monitor program strategies\nDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with the overall organizational objectives\nAnalyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations for program improvement\nAnalyze a portfolio of programs and initiatives to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives\nPrepare and present high-level reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders on program status, outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs)\nEnsure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and organizational requirements related to the programs\nDrive continuous process improvement initiatives by developing process maps, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing solutions to enhance program effectiveness\nFacilitate communication between cross-functional teams and external partners, to ensure successful program execution\nMonitor program budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation, making recommendations for adjustments as needed\nMentor and guide junior analysts in developing analytical skills and program management techniques\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in relevant field\nMinimum of eight (8) years of experience\nMust be willing to work in Washington, DC at least three (3) days per week\nExperience as a program analyst working on program, process, and IT efforts\nDemonstrated experience developing briefings and presentations for stakeholders related to business analysis activities\nStrong experience with Microsoft Office products\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nUnderstanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including Waterfall and Agile methods\nAbility to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy with cross-functional teams\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster’s Degree\nExperience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs\nExperience with Federal Government Planning, including Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) Process\nPhysical Demands\nMust be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time\nOccasional travel and overtime may be required\nRequired Clearances and Screenings\nThis position is subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility for a position designated with Moderate Risk sensitivity. Candidates with current Veterans Affairs (VA) Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation or equivalent (e.g., DoD Tier 3/NACLC, Active Secret) are preferred\nCOVID-19 Protocols: As a Federal contractor, CFT is required to comply with COVID-19 protocols applicable to the agency, facility, and location.
