The role owns follow-through by tracking inquiries, monitoring commitments, managing onboarding and transition initiatives, escalating obstacles when appropriate, and helping ensure Firm expectations are met.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nServe as the primary relationship manager and regionally aligned point of contact for assigned Firms.\n\nBuild trusted relationships by understanding Firm goals, operational needs, and growth opportunities.\n\nPartner cross-functionally across business units to advocate for Firm interests, support Firm success, and deliver a seamless service experience.\n\nLead and coordinate transitions for Member Firms, Affiliate Firms, Marketers, andfirm personnel—including new firm/individual onboarding, departures, ownership changes, and organizational updates.\n\nConnect Firms withappropriate Mresources, solutions, subject matter experts, and best practices.\n\nMonitor, track, and resolve Firm inquiries, ensuringtimelyfollow-through, accountability, and communication.\n\nFacilitate adoption of M programs, service platforms, and strategic initiatives.\n\nIdentifyand escalation service gaps and improvement opportunities while sharing Firm feedback, trends, and insights with internal stakeholders.\n\nMaintainaccuratedocumentation of Firm interactions, activities, commitments, and projects within Salesforce and other tracking systems.\n\nSupport collaboration, networking, and knowledge sharing across the Firm community.\n\nContribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency andoverallFirm experience.\n\nStay informed on M resources, industry trends, and business practices to provide effective guidance and support.\n\nOwn the end-to-end relationship lifecycle, ensuring Firms receive a consistent, proactive, and high-touch experience throughout their engagement with M.\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; business, marketing, financial services, operations, or related field preferred.\n\nIdeallysevenyearsormoreofrelevant experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, preferably in financial services, insurance, broker-dealer/RIA, or wealth management.\n\nKnowledge of relationship and project management principles and the ability to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM or tracking systems; Salesforce experience preferred.\n\nStrong written andoralcommunication skills, including prompt responses, clear documentation, and professional follow-up.\n\nStrong organizational, follow-through, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to adjust quickly in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.\n\nDemonstrated ability to own outcomes, track commitments, resolve issues, and escalat appropriately when barriers arise.\n\nConsultative mindset with the ability tothink critically andunderstand Firm needs, connect resources, share best practices, and support adoption of M solutions and service platforms.\n\nTeamplayerwith a positive, solutions-oriented attitude and the ability to navigate ambiguity, change, and competing priorities.\n\nProven ability to build rapport and collaborative relationshipswith external stakeholders, internal colleagues, and cross-functional leaders.\n\nAbilityto influence without direct authority and coordinate outcomes across multiple stakeholders and business units.\n\nJob Conditions & Environment:\n\nThis position is based on-site at our offices in Uptown at the Quad in Dallas, TX with the flexibility towork one dayper weekremotely.\n\nNormal office environment/desk assignment.\n\nTravelapproximately15-20% of the time.\n\nRegularlyoperatesa computer and other standard office equipment to perform essential job functions, such as data entry, document preparation, and electronic communication.\n\nThis position description is not intended to be and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of responsibilities, skills or working conditions associated with this position.
