Technical writing of project documents and documentation management, monitoring/observing daily construction activities on projects, establishing project controls/procedures, preparing monthly reports, maintaining project records, reviewing contractor payment requests, preparing project documentation including transmittals, submittals, Requests for Information (RFI), letters, faxes, emails, attending progress meetings and generating status reports, and meeting with project team, vendors, contractors, suppliers, and other service providers as needed. Assist with large-sewer rehabilitation projects from design/permitting phase through construction services.Requirements include a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field, from an accredited college, 5+ years of relevant experience, MD or VA PE preferred or ability to obtain via reciprocity within first 6 months. Salary is commensurate with experience. Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
