In this role, you will provide high-quality behavioral therapy services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.\n\nIn this position, you will provide services in both clients’ homes and our therapy center. We are currently seeking candidates with evening and Saturday availability. As a Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and play a vital role in helping clients build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nImplement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA\nProvide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home and center-based settings\nCollect accurate data and maintain detailed session notes\nEnsure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and client confidentiality\nCollaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to support client progress\nAssist with skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction interventions\nMaintain professional and ethical standards at all times\n\nQualifications & Experience\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (required).\nExperience in behavior analysis or working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).\nFamiliarity with medical documentation practices and procedures.\nAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues, families, and individuals receiving services.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nExperience in working with children (preferred)\n40-hour RBT training (or willingness to obtain)\n10-hour Lakeshore Trainings (or willingness to obtain)\nCPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)\n\nKey Skills\n\nApplied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles\nBehavioral therapy implementation\nData collection and documentation\nPatient care and client engagement\nHIPAA compliance\nMedical terminology familiarity\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nFlexible scheduling\nSupportive supervision and training\nMeaningful, rewarding work making a difference in children’s lives\nProfessional growth opportunities\n\nIf you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with behavioral health challenges, possess the required skills, and meet the experience criteria, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
