This is a hands-on role for someone who can move quickly from ambiguous product requirements to clean, usable, production-quality software.\nYou should be comfortable building interfaces that make complex technical information understandable, while also owning the backend logic and data flows that power them.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild customer-facing product features across frontend and backend.\nDesign and implement clean workflows for uploading data, reviewing results, tracking decisions, and generating reports.\nBuild polished, information-dense interfaces for technical users.\nImplement backend APIs, database models, validation logic, and background workflows.\nWork with product and engineering leadership to turn messy internal workflows into simple user-facing flows.\nBuild dashboards, tables, forms, detail pages, review screens, and report views.\nImprove UX quality: loading states, empty states, errors, responsiveness, navigation, and visual clarity.\nIntegrate authentication, permissions, file handling, and customer workspace concepts.\nWrite tests and maintain high standards for correctness, usability, and maintainability.\nCollaborate closely with platform/infrastructure engineering on deployment, observability, and production readiness.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe care more about your ability to ship reliable product software than any single language or framework; if you've done this in an equivalent stack, we'd love to hear from you.\nStrong full-stack product engineering experience.\nStrong TypeScript and modern frontend framework experience (React or equivalent).\nExperience with Next.js or a similar modern web framework.\nBackend experience with Python, Node.js, Go, or similar.\nExperience designing and consuming REST or RPC-style APIs.\nStrong database fundamentals, especially PostgreSQL (or equivalent relational databases).\nAbility to build complex, data-heavy interfaces without making them feel cluttered.\nGood product judgment: you can spot when a workflow is confusing, not just when code compiles.\nComfort working in early-stage ambiguity and making pragmatic architecture decisions.\nStrong debugging skills across frontend, backend, API, and data state.\nClear written communication and care for maintainable code.\nNice To Have\nExperience with FastAPI, SQLModel, Prisma, Django, Rails, or similar backend frameworks.\nExperience with Tailwind, design systems, component libraries, or data visualization.\nExperience building SaaS products for technical users.\nExperience with file uploads, large data artifacts, background jobs, and generated reports.\nExperience with AI/ML products, data platforms, review workflows, or internal tools.\nExperience with auth, RBAC, audit logs, customer workspaces, or multi-tenant systems.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nUsers can move through complex workflows without needing internal explanation.\nProduct screens are clear, fast, and reliable.\nBackend APIs and data models support real customer workflows cleanly.\nFeatures are shipped with enough test coverage and polish to survive production use.\nThe product becomes easier to extend over time, not harder.\nYou help turn rough prototypes into a coherent platform.\nWhy Join\nThis is an early product engineering role with a lot of ownership.
