Our FMS Program Analyst applies analytic techniques to evaluate program/project objectives. Incumbent supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. With other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under direction of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead, assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance.Duties IncludeSupports PMA-299 Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) in relation to the MH-60R program Assisting the Program Manager and leadership team in project management activities including project panning, scheduling, and configuration management Ensures that RSNF requirements are fully and accurately executed through the Foreign Military Sales case Attends bi-weekly team meetings with Lockheed Martin, Sikorsky, and the team to discuss program status updates Upload and manage documents in Direct Hit; to include input new tasks/actions and disseminate to the responsible recipients. Pull task reports for action item review / meetings with the Case Manager and team Works with the Case Manager and execution team to plan meetings, to include preparation of briefing and presentation materials Works with the Case Manager to help set up the Foreign Liaison Officer’s Warehouse; to include being the administrative support in that office Coordinating, administering, and participating in various meetings, recording formal meeting minutes, and maintain the project action item tracker Perform any other tasks required for the missionEducation Required: A Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Technical, or Business analysis discipline.Allowable Substitutions: Six years additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. Associate’s Degree plus four years’ additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.Experience Requirement: Three to ten years of experience fulfilled through experience in weapon systems development.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
