We are looking for a skilled professional with 8+ years of relevant experience who brings strong technical expertise and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a mission-driven, high-visibility environment.\nRequirements:\nDesign, develop, and maintain full stack web applications supporting government agency operations, from UI through backend services and data layers\nBuild responsive, accessible front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)\nDevelop robust backend services and RESTful or GraphQL APIs using Java, Python, Node.js, or equivalent technologies\nIntegrate applications with databases, messaging systems, and external services in a secure, scalable manner\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in accordance with coding standards and design patterns\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to improving team coding practices and quality standards\nSupport CI/CD pipeline integration, automated testing, and DevSecOps practices for application delivery\nCollaborate with UX designers, business analysts, and government stakeholders to translate requirements into working software\nTroubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues in development and production environments\nEnsure all applications comply with Section 508 accessibility standards and federal security requirements\nUS citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; 5 additional years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree\n8+ years of full stack development experience in production environments\nProficiency in at least one front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and one back-end language/framework (Java/Spring, Python/Django or Flask, Node.js)\nStrong experience with relational databases and SQL; familiarity with NoSQL a plus\nExperience with RESTful API design and development\nFamiliarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud deployment practices\nStrong understanding of web security principles (OWASP Top 10, authentication/authorization patterns)\nExcellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional Agile teams\nExperience in a federal government IT environment\nSection 508 / WCAG accessibility development experience\nAgile, SAFe, or DevSecOps methodology experience\nExperience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems\nRelevant certifications (AWS Developer, Azure Developer Associate, or equivalent)\n\"Anivas Tech is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
