configuration, and endpoint administration.\r\nWork with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools to manage incidents and requests.\r\nPerform software installations, upgrades, updates, and desktop imaging.\r\nSupport printers, scanners, mobile devices, and peripheral hardware.\r\nMonitor endpoint security, antivirus compliance, and patch status.\r\nProvide VIP and executive user support when required.\r\nTroubleshoot and resolve Active Directory related issues.\r\nMaintain accurate asset inventory and documentation.\r\nRequired Skills\r\n2–4 years of experience in Desktop Support / End User Computing.\r\nStrong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11.\r\nHands-on experience with SCCM and Microsoft Intune.\r\nExperience with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management tools.\r\nGood understanding of Active Directory.\r\nExperience supporting Microsoft Office, Outlook, VPN, and remote support tools.\r\nStrong troubleshooting and communication
