Superintendent - Commercial Construction

SuperintendentKDK Construction is looking for a superintendent to join our team in American Fork, UT. This position is responsible for directing our projects onsite while developing a relationship with our clients, consultants, subcontractors, etc. The superintendent is to oversee all activities of the project onsite including scheduling, compliance with project specifications and documents, staffing, safety, directing the subcontractors, and performing small construction tasks as needed to complete the project on time and on budget.Key Responsibilities IncludeManager the day to day operations on the jobsiteEnsure that the project it built in accordance with the contract documents and built on timeOversee, evaluate, and manage project riskDevelops solutions to ensure issues never become problemsMitigate risk whenever possibleBuild strong relationships with the owner, suppliers, and subcontractorsComplete project closeout requirements in accordance with contract documentsFollow up and complete action items from project meetingsBecome familiar with safety requirements of the project and monitor complianceSelf-perform work as necessary.
