We co-locate with the Montgomery County Land Bank and the Homeownership Center of Greater Dayton.\nIn addition to providing housing, home repair, new construction, and rehab services to our clients, we also manage a U.S. Department of Labor Grant called YouthBuild. YouthBuild is a college and career preparation program that focuses on opportunity youth ages 16 - 22. Utilizing classroom and hands-on experience, eligible youth are provided opportunities to enter career pathways such as construction, manufacturing, and healthcare.\nWe are looking for a Program Operations Coordinator\nEssential Functions\nTrack participant attendance and report non-attendance concerns to appropriate program staff.\nTrack and submit YouthBuild participant and WIOA timesheets in accordance with established procedures.\nMonitor and track participant stipends in compliance with stipend policies and procedures.\nTrack, distribute, and maintain records related to participant transportation assistance including bus passes.\nCollect and review monthly summaries and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.\nMonitor completion of SBIRT pre- and post-evaluations.\nMonitor Individual Service Plans (ISPs) for completion at required benchmark periods including pre-, mid-, and end-of-program reviews.\nAssist with distribution of participant checks and related documentation.\nAssist participants with enrollment paperwork and intake documentation for both YouthBuild and WIOA programs.\nCollect Measurable Skills Gains (MSGs), certifications, and credential documentation and maintain related participant tracking spreadsheets while sharing required information with WIOA partners.\nMonitor participant case notes to ensure documentation compliance and completeness.\nAudit placement documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with program requirements.\nConduct routine participant file audits to maintain compliance with grant and program regulations.\nMaintain and update the program website and related digital communication platforms.\nDevelop, organize, and manage program marketing materials and outreach content.\nQualifications\nCommitment to the YouthBuild mission, vision, and growth.\nPassion for improving educational and career opportunities for participants and for building a strong, mission-driven organization.\nExceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency in the use of technology including spreadsheets, databases, and web-based systems.\nExperience with data tracking, compliance monitoring, and file management preferred.\nAbility to work collaboratively with staff, participants, and community partners.\nPassion for working with and supporting youth of various social, educational, and economic backgrounds.\nWillingness to go “above and beyond” to support participants in achieving progress in all areas.\nCommitment to continued personal and professional growth.\nAssociate’s degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.\nWorking Environment\n· The usual and customary methods of performing the functions required include the following physical capabilities: some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; and significant fine finger dexterity.
