This role focuses on sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent while ensuring a strong candidate experience and compliance with hiring standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer managementDevelop and execute recruiting strategies using market insights and competitive intelligencePartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring goalsMaintain candidate communication and ensure a positive hiring experienceTrack recruiting metrics and provide status updatesEnsure compliance with company policies and local labor lawsBuild and maintain relationships with internal teams and external talent networksRequirements:Experience in full-cycle recruitingStrong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple requisitions
