Your leadership will be crucial in driving team performance, optimizing customer satisfaction, and expanding our market presence.Compensation$65k-75k Base Salary (DOE) + uncapped bonusBenefitsCompetitive base salary and a benefits package.Uncapped Performance BonusesFull-Time Position (45+ a week) with Weekly PayPaid Sick LeavePaid VacationHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance optionsPaid HolidaysKey ResponsibilitiesOversee operations across multiple office locations within assigned regionContinuous leadership and team development, including providing ongoing coaching, delivering constructive feedback, and training Office Supervisors and team members across assigned regional locations.Drive sales performance through effective leadership and strategic planning to Exceed Monthly Performance Goals by having all assigned offices in meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPI's) and implement improvement strategiesEnsure all locations maintain professional, organized, and compliant work environments up to Gaytan & Pineda StandardsResolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely and professional mannerConduct regular site visits and weekly team member check-ins to ensure operational and performance consistencyEducate customers on insurance coverage and make recommendations while processing payments, renewals, and any policy changes.Assist in local marketing and community outreach effortsEnsure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations requirementsMinimum QualificationsBilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required)3+ years of management experience, (insurance, financial services, or retail operations.)Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to hit performance goals and motivate teams across multiple locations.Working knowledge of sales operations, compliance, and customer service best practices.Active California Department of Insurance license (Property & Casualty preferred, Personal Lines acceptable)Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations regularlyPreferred QualificationsExperience in insurance sales, tax services, or related industriesStrong organizational and time management skillsSelf-motivated with a positive attitudeProven ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.Please NoteThis position may require a background check and verification of licensing and driving records, in compliance with applicable laws.Equal Employment OpportunityFiesta Auto Insurance G&P is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
