We have available positions for ServiceNow Developers, especially those with experience in supporting federal clients. These individuals will help design, configure, develop, and implement baseline and custom applications and enhancements in ServiceNow. They will also provide architectural input and help maintain stability of the overall platform by ensuring the appropriate design and development standards are always used.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nWork independently and as a technical team member\nWork in multiple instances and domains, supporting internal and external customers\nUtilize an Agile/Scrum methodology to manage development work\nAdvise functional and admin teams on design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices\nCollaborate with business, systems, and Technology partners in business analysis meetings to develop business and systems requirements.\nSolution and develop requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications\nScript Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.\nFacilitate and support the rollout of new application and enhancements in ServiceNow\nAnalyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements\nPreferred Skills:\nStrong familiarity and working knowledge of ServiceNow Suite of tools (Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident and Knowledge Base, etc.)\nDemonstrable ability to communicate and listen well with business and technical people, regardless of title, with good self-awareness.\nProven developer independent of the ServiceNow platform, with an emphasis on analytical and problem-solving skills.\nDemonstrated competency with IT Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management, ITIL/ITSM, PMP/PRINCE2 practices.\nExperience working on project teams that leverage Agile/Scrum.\nExperience with system/software engineering lifecycle principles, translating requirements into functional and technical solutions, application implementation and support, enterprise monitoring.\nExperience working with large data sets and performing data analysis/modeling to help facilitate and inform management decisions.\nPreferred Certification:\nServiceNow Developer Certification\n----------\nAbout us:\nImprovix Technologies, Inc. is an Information Technology and Services company focused on developing, implementing, and managing technology solutions.
