As a company, we value your contribution, we work with integrity, and we always put people first — so your impact really will change lives.\n\nRole Overview\n\nOur Data Reporting Analyst will leverage Vendor Management Systems (VMS), reporting tools, and advanced analytics to provide data-driven insights that support business performance and strategic decision-making across Kelly’s workforce solutions.\n\nThis role supports our Contingent Workforce Outsourcing (CWO), Independent Contractor (IC)/Statement of Work (SOW), and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) programs, partnering closely with the Program Management Office (PMO), Process & Performance Excellence, and operational leaders to deliver meaningful reporting, performance monitoring, and continuous process improvements.\n\nThis position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys transforming complex data into actionable business insights.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nThe Data Reporting Analyst is accountable for:\n\nDeveloping, publishing, andmaintainingrecurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and executive reporting.\nAnalyzing program performance, SLA/KPI metrics, and workforce data toidentifytrends and provide strategic recommendations.\nPartnering with Program Management, PMO, and business stakeholders to deliver customized reporting solutions.\nSupporting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Annual Business Reviews (ABRs), audits, and client reporting initiatives.\nEnsuring data integrity through quality validation, process improvements, and reporting standardization.\nSupporting new client implementations by designing reporting solutions, performance metrics, and analytical controls.\nContinuouslyidentifyingopportunities to automate, streamline, and improve reporting processes.\nPerformingadditionalreporting and analytical duties as assigned.\n\nEssential Skills, Knowledge & Experience\n\n3–5 years of experience in data reporting, business analytics, finance, operations, IT, or workforce solutions.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, data analysis, charting, and large dataset management.\nExperience analyzing complex datasets and presenting actionable business insights.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and organizational levels.\nAbility to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience with Vendor Management Systems (Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, VNDLY) and/or Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.\nExperience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, Microsoft Access, SQL, or other reporting and visualization tools preferred.\nExperience supporting staffing, MSP, RPO, CWO, or SOW programs is preferred.\nLocation:Remote (U.S.)\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n\nThe base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $75,500 per year.
