Our main solutions include payment acquisition for digital commerce, transaction processing, and technological solutions for businesses.\nAre you ready to shine?\nAs a Data Center Facilities Engineer your responsibilities will be:\nAssisting with wiring and racking of equipment.\nPerforming quality tests and troubleshooting hardware issues to maintain critical equipment operations.\nSupporting capacity planning for electrical and mechanical systems.\nScheduling and tracking hardware maintenance.\nReviewing and creating operational procedures.\nProviding technical support and updating port maps and rack layouts.\nIdentifying and resolving reliability issues.\nAssisting the Data Center Manager with assigned projects.\nProviding support for project proposals and customer interfaces.\nPreparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring assigned projects, including:\nCAB preparations and implementation.\nMOP preparations and execution.\nEquipment maintenance supervision.\nInteracting with clients daily to understand and implement their needs in the field.\nSupporting compliance with audits.\nReviewing engineering deliverables and initiating corrective actions as needed.\nCooperating and communicating effectively with internal and external clients on project matters.\nHandling administrative responsibilities in the absence of the manager due to travel or vacations.\nSupporting the maintenance of critical infrastructure equipment.\nBeing available for travel outside Puerto Rico and working outside regular business hours, including weekends.\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED\nWhat you should bring:\nA bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, EIT, or PE is preferable. At least one year of working experience in the Engineering department as a Facilities Engineer or a similar position is required.
