This position is a daytime position, typically working Monday through Friday, though some Saturdays cannot be ruled out due to operational needs. This is a hand's on, boots on the ground position in which you will help keep a high volume, open-pit quarry in operating fashion.Plant Operator/Maintenance Candidate RequirementsSafety-FocusedStrong mechanical aptitudeExperience operating heavy equipmentAbility to perform rigorous physical activities in all weather conditionsSelf-motivated with a solid work ethicOur ideal candidate would possess proven mechanical, welding and heavy equipment experience, but we are willing to provide job-specific training for the right individual!Plant Operator/Maintenance Major Responsibilities IncludeFollow all safety and environmental rules, regulations and procedures as set forth by company policies and MSHAOperate and monitor all equipment and production area safely and efficientlyPerform preventive maintenance and pre-shift inspections; repair and/or clean equipment as neededCommunicate with plant management team on all safety, maintenance, and production needsPerform other tasks as assigned by supervisorAs a member of the RiverStone team, you will get:Starting wage of $34 per hour (The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience)Health, Dental and Vision insurance with Flex Spending AccountEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid HolidaysPaid Vacation401k with company matchThis is a great time to join our team.
