Daily responsibilities include sorting mail, opening envelopes, scanning documents, performing basic data entry, and preparing processed remittance for delivery.\n\nSuccess in this role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining production and quality standards.\n\nEssential Job Duties\n\nSort, open, and organize incoming mail for processing.\nOperate high-speed OPEX scanners to scan payment documents.\nPerform basic data entry, including entering payment amounts and other required information.\nPrepare and package processed remittance for client and/or bank delivery.\nFollow established procedures to ensure all work is processed accurately, securely, and according to client specifications.\nMaintain established productivity and quality standards in a deadline-driven environment.\nCross-train in other departments and assist with additional operational tasks as business needs require.\nPerform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Site Manager.\n\nQualifications\n\nRequired\n\nHigh school diploma or GED.\n6+ months of experience in non-cashier payment processing, invoice processing, high volume accounts payable/accounts receivable, billing, remittance processing, document processing, or other finance/accounting-related administrative work; OR education in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.\nBasic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.\nBasic math skills.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to read and follow written and verbal instructions.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.\nGood hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.\nAbility to pass a background check and drug screening.\n\nPreferred\n\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field. College students and Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.\nExperience using a 10-key keypad.\nExperience with document imaging, mail processing, payment processing, lockbox operations, invoicing, accounts payable, or accounts receivable.\nFamiliarity with working in a HIPAA-compliant environment.\n\nPerformance Expectations\n\nFollowing completion of training, associates are expected to maintain established quality and productivity standards.
