We are open to this position being #remote or working at our office in Atlanta, GA (by airport).\n\nWHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE\nThe Senior Network Engineer drives technical design and deploys the most complex technical solutions to drive business efficiency and reliability. The Senior Network Engineer will lead the infrastructure team in network design and configuration for Fluidra’s revamped Next Gen Datacenter.\n\nYou will have responsibility for the implementation, performance, and stability of all North America’s core network, including firewalls, switches, routers, etc. The successful candidate will be strong technically, have robust background experience, and be able to contribute at a team and individual level. Additionally, you will:\nDesign, configure, and deploy enterprise-level network solutions, including routers, switches, and firewalls\nDevelop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.\nAbility to troubleshoot network issues and failures to quickly assess current situations, find solutions, and implement changes\nCollaborate with other IT teams to integrate network systems with other infrastructure components\nLead network infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.\n\nWHAT WE SEEK\n8+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure engineering\nWith 5+ of those years in designing, deploying, and maintaining VMware virtual NSX Networking\nHighest-level troubleshooting specialist who can resolve issues under SLA times in high pressure environments.\nUnderstanding of Systems Architecture – Storage Solutions, Network Topologies, Security Best Practices, etc\nPlanning, Organizing, Executing and Setting Goals/Expectations.\nA proven track record of partnering across organizational boundaries to deliver business results.
