The ideal candidate is clinically strong, patient-centered, collaborative, and committed to helping patients regain independence, safety, and dignity in their daily lives at home. As an AlphaCare O.T., you will play a critical role in restoring functional independence for patients recovering from illness, injury, or functional decline. You will evaluate patients in the home environment, develop individualized treatment plans, and help patients rebuild the skills needed for daily living. You will also collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, therapists, and caregivers to ensure coordinated, outcome-driven care. At AlphaCare, success is measured not only by compliance — but by functional improvement, patient independence, communication, and the quality of the patient experience.QualificationsCurrent California Occupational Therapist (O.T.) license requiredNew graduates are welcome to applyStrong clinical assessment and functional evaluation skillsAbility to work collaboratively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teamsExcellent communication, organizational, and documentation skillsValid California Driver's License requiredMultilingual abilities are strongly valuedResponsibilitiesAs an AlphaCare OT, your role is to deliver more than task-based therapy.
