Many other positions also available.\nBENEFITS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE: Paid vacation time\nPaid personal/sick time\nPaid holidays\nHealth plan offering $0 deductible option\nDental, vision and supplemental insurance plans\n401k plan available\nGreat bonus potential\nOpportunity for advancement\nTasks and Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day store operations including scheduling, training, supervising staff at their designated location.\nRecruit, hire, train and motivate positive individuals to become team members and managers.\nDevelop people for key positions including Assistant Manager, Food Service Coordinator, Manager in Training.\nWork to manage inventory to maximize sales, control costs and reduce waste.\nOversee cash balancing and accounting procedures.\nWork to understand store profit drivers and controllable expenses including labor and cash/inventory variances.\nDevelop business strategies to raise our customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.\nMeet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.\nEnsure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.\nProvide store oversight to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.\nProvide store oversight to maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.\nConduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.\nResolve customer complaints in a positive manner utilizing office and other management support staff when necessary.\nWork to resolve any staff member matters in a timely and professional manner. Utilize office and management support staff when necessary.\nImplement and enforce daily operating procedures to ensure store cleanliness standards are met, as well as food safety standards.\nDetermine and support proper staffing to support needs of a 24/7 business.\nFollow merchandising and vendor policies/procedures and ensure that all staff members do the same. Ensure all merchandise is stocked and rotated, displays are attractive and priced correctly. Communicate any problems with merchandise pricing to the Price book and Marketing Departments.\nHave the ability, availability and flexibility to perform established expectations of a staff member regularly, including covering shifts when necessary to ensure smooth store operation.\nMaintain the ability to adapt to ever-changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.\nBe a shining example of well behavior, efficiency and high performance.\nAdditional store manager duties as needed.\nQualifications Essential Characteristics: Ability to work well individually as well as in a team environment.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nExcellent customer service skills.\nAbility to work with little or no supervision.\nDetail oriented, organized, analytical, and problem solving skills.\nAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously.\nAbility to learn and utilize the store’s technology.\n#IND123SG\nAvailability: As a Store Manager, you are responsible for all aspects of the business for your location.
