Qualifications and Skills 5 years of experience with precision fitting and welding as well as layout and assembly Strong understanding of stainless MIG/Flux core welding procedures and processes Proficient in blue print reading and layout Proficient in fixture preparation Clear understanding of distortion control Ability to take direction and catch on quickly Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment Highly motivated Capable of generating accurate dimensional measurements Flexibility to adjust appropriately and work in different settings and under various circumstances like onsite, offsite, indoors, outdoors, diverse weather conditions, including standing on concrete for extended periods of time Willingness to work overtime and travel when necessary Successful completion of a welding test using thin gauge material Experience with conveyers and food processing equipment or other metal fabricating familiarity will position candidate higher for consideration Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
