No relocation assistance offered.Your Role:The role of the Account Manager for Process Solutions Americas is to support MilliporeSigma's efforts in increasing market share and revenues by collaborating with customers to address their needs; maintaining existing business; and identifying new business opportunities. As a member of the Process Solutions Americas team, you will assist in selling a broad portfolio of GMP products, including raw materials, filtration and purification technologies, and services to biopharmaceutical customers. You will work to create value for both the customer and MilliporeSigma by supporting project management and resource allocation to promote long-term growth. The position requires 50-60% travel within the territory (with occasional overnight stays) to enhance customer engagement, with some potential for international travel. The role responsibilities include:Assist in achieving quarterly and annual targets and goalsIdentify customer needs and challenges and provide solutions by promoting MilliporeSigma products and servicesProvide accurate forecasts for your territoryUtilize sales tools regularly (CRM, social media, literature, etc.)Complete all required training on timeCollaborate with business partners, including customer service, technical service, and marketingAttend and support tradeshowsWho You AreMinimum Qualifications:BA/BS in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.3-5+ years of sales or commercial experience in the pharma and biopharma marketplaceStrong working knowledge of the Life Science industry, including products and processesGenerates accurate business forecastsPreferred Qualifications:3+ years of experience in bioprocess technology operations or process manufacturing development in life sciencesAbility to work collaboratively with stakeholders and can shape opinions of stakeholdersUtilize effective negotiation skills; generate results with positive outcomes for both partiesMBA or advanced degree in Chemistry or Biological SciencesPay Range for this position: $107,500-179,400The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
