Austin, Dallas, or Houston, Texas(onsite/hybrid outpatient role — not fully remote)We are making a small, intentional addition to our Psychiatry team and are seeking a psychiatrist who values thoughtful, patient-centered care within a highly collaborative outpatient practice.At Deep Centered Mental Health, we believe quality psychiatric care requires time, collaboration, and access to innovative treatment options. We are an integrated outpatient practice where Psychiatry and Psychotherapy are closely aligned. Psychiatrists work alongside an in-house network of more than 220 therapists, supporting coordinated care and continuity across disciplines. Our model also incorporates evidence-based interventional treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato®, used to improve outcomes for patients with complex and treatment-resistant conditions and to provide clinicians with additional tools to meaningfully enhance care.We are clinician-centered and patient outcome–driven, and prioritize giving psychiatrists the time and flexibility needed to practice thoughtful psychiatry, including the ability to extend appointment times when clinically appropriate to support more meaningful evaluation and improved outcomes.Position Highlights Flexible Full Time or Part Time Employment Access to Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato® (esketamine) services for treatment-resistant conditions 60-minute psychiatric evaluations withflexible follow-up lengths Collaborativein-house therapy networksupporting coordinated patient care Ability to work withadults and/or children & adolescents Optional involvement in clinical research through ourClinical ResearchOutcomes Center (CROC) No nights, weekends, or call responsibilities Strong operational and administrative supportCompensation & Benefits Uncapped earning potential:$280K–$400K+ Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, disability 401(k) with employer match Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Paid CME and ongoing professional development Opportunities to supervise APPs with a generous stipend.Your Role: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental health conditions Develop individualized treatment plans, which may include psychotherapy, medication management, lifestyle interventions, and, when appropriate, referral for interventional treatments such as TMS and esketamine Support patients and families in understanding diagnoses, treatment options, and ongoing care strategies Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and support clinical initiatives, including research in interventional psychiatry Supervise Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, if desired Maintain accurate clinical documentation in support of continuity of care and regulatory complianceQualificationsMD or DO from an accredited institution Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Active Texas medical license and DEA registration (or ability to obtain) Skilled in psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults and/or adolescents Interest in expanding clinical skills in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), with training provided Excellent communicator with a collaborative, ethical, and solution-focused approach Comfortable with EMR systems and videoconferencing tools Passionate about professional growth and continuous learningPlease note: Deep Centered Mental Health does not partner with external recruiting agencies for this position and does not accept unsolicited candidate submissions.#Psychiatry #Psychiatrist #PsychiatryJobs #MentalHealth #InterventionalPsychiatry #TMS #PhysicianJobs #BehavioralHealth
