In this role, you will help assist in managing the business relationship between assigned customer and our manufacturing facility to ensure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded. You will be responsible for tracking project milestones, managing documentation, coordinating between cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production), and ensuring that high-tolerance, highly regulated manufacturing programs run smoothly from kickoff to final shipment. (RMA)\nThe Program Administrator will be processing customer RMA(s) Order Entry and change notices.\nEnsure service information accessible by sorting and filing documents/forms.\nMaintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems.\nSupport the business relationship between assigned customer(s) and the manufacturing facility ensuring that Customer Expectations are met and/or exceeded.\nSupport the Program Manager in commercial management of customer(s) including product margin, product pricing (Price effectively, Inventory Re-valuation), Excess & Obsolete Material issues, Accounts Receivable Issues, with the customer.\nUnderstand the customer(s) contract terms and its implications on the order process.\nManage the customer(s) backlog/demand and work with planning to ensure proper MRP/DRP runs.\nEducation Qualifications:\nWe value expertise, whether it was gained in a classroom or on the production floor.
