General tasks include supervising employees, communicating with and assisting customers, providing performance discipline, hiring, and terminating employees. This position reports to the Store Manager and has 2 or more direct reports.\n\nKey Job Responsibilities:\n\nReliable attendance and punctuality.\nProvides ongoing customer service by addressing all questions or concerns regarding accounts, products, and services, both in-person and over the phone.\nOversees employees’ performing their duties, providing performance feedback, hiring, and administer performance discipline.\nUnderstands and utilizes systems and processes with multiple computer programs including the Point of Sale and inventory systems.\nPlans and develops work schedules as needed.\nEnters data into computer using various data entry devices and keeps data organized.\nConduct inventory.\nDirect or participate in stocking inventory items throughout the store.\nMay be required to place special orders.\nOccasionally loads vehicles for delivery and drives a vehicle to deliver items.\nFabricates custom batteries and power supplies from stock components.\nPerforms work on weekends and evenings as needed to meet applicable deadlines.\nOther duties as assigned by supervisor.\n\nKey Performance Measurements:\n\nA score card that reflects performance in areas such as daily sales, customer satisfaction and issue resolution.\nManagement observation regarding attitude, diligence, team contributions, and willingness & ability to learn new skills and information.\nOther key performance measurements as determined by the direct supervisor.\nRequirements:\n\nHigh School or GED Diploma required.
