Large Market Account Executive - Employee Benefits

📍Washington, DC (Hybrid) Base: $191,000–$200,000(OTE): $350,000–$400,000+About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Large Market Account Executive to drive new business growth within the employee benefits consulting space.This role focuses on winning and expanding relationships with large and jumbo organizations (5,000+ employees and/or $2B+ annual revenue) through strategic prospecting, executive engagement, and consultative selling.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute new business strategies within large-market and jumbo accounts.Build relationships with C-suite executives, HR leaders, and key decision-makers.Lead the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, proposals, negotiations, and contract execution.Manage complex, long-cycle enterprise pursuits and RFP processes.Partner with internal consulting teams to develop client-focused solutions.Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree required.10+ years of successful sales experience in employee benefits consulting, retirement consulting, or related advisory services.Proven track record of winning large enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees and/or $2B+ revenue).Experience engaging C-suite stakeholders and leading complex sales cycles.Strong proposal development, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.Active Life & Health Insurance License required.Preferred ExperienceGroup Health BenefitsRetirement BenefitsHuman Capital ConsultingEmployee Benefits ConsultingEnterprise Business DevelopmentIdeal CandidateYou are a proven hunter with a track record of acquiring new logos, managing strategic pursuits, and exceeding quota within the large-market benefits consulting environment.If you have experience selling to large enterprise organizations and building executive-level relationships, we would like to hear from you.
