In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical components and systems with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the production of high-quality electro-mechanical products, ensuring all assemblies meet strict specifications and safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced electronics and mechanical components in a fast-paced environment that values craftsmanship and innovation.\n\n*Responsibilities*\n\n* Assemble electrical components and systems following detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.\n* Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly of electro-mechanical components.\n* Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and surface-mount technology (SMT) techniques to build electrical panels, wiring harnesses, and circuit boards.\n* Perform electrical wiring, soldering, and surface mount component placement with precision according to IPC 610 standards.\n* Conduct testing of assembled units using ohmmeters, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools to verify electrical continuity and functionality.\n* Troubleshoot assembly issues through engineering troubleshooting methods, identifying faults in schematics or component placement.\n* Collaborate with engineering teams during prototype builds or production runs to optimize assembly processes and improve product quality.\n* This candidate will wire our electrical modules, installing them into semi finished applicators for final wiring. This includes wiring and installing different types of sensors, motors, fans, crimping connectors to wires and some soldering.
