This position plays a key role in maintaining production efficiency while ensuring products meet quality, safety, and customer standards.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nSet up, start, and operate folder-gluer and finishing equipment while monitoring machine performance for safety, quality, and efficiency.\nRead and interpret production schedules, job tickets, work orders, and specifications.\nPerform machine make-ready activities, including equipment adjustments, glue system setup, and production changeovers.\nTroubleshoot machine issues such as jams, misfeeds, glue problems, and mechanical concerns, escalating to maintenance when needed.\nLead and motivate production crew members to ensure quality, productivity, safety, and cleanliness standards are met.\nComplete production reports, quality checks, downtime tracking, and other required documentation.\nPerform preventive maintenance and report equipment issues, injuries, or unsafe conditions promptly.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area while following all food safety, quality, and company safety procedures.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience operating folder-gluer machines.\nPrevious lead or crew leader experience preferred.\nStrong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.\nBasic mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot production equipment.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout an 8- to 12-hour shift.\nMust be able to read, speak, and understand English.\nSchedule:\nFull-time position supporting a 24/6 production schedule.\nOvertime and weekend work required based on production needs.\nBenefits:\nMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance\nPaid Time Off (PTO)\nPaid Leave\n401(k)\nHealth Savings Account (HSA)\nLife Insurance\nCandidates must submit a current resume to be considered for this position.\nPlease reply to this ad and submit your resume for immediate consideration.\nJob Type: Full-time\nAI Disclosure:\nOur recruitment process may include AI-assisted tools to support candidate evaluation.
