This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.What You Will DoIn this role of AHU Aftermarket Parts Application Engineer, you will provide sales and technical support to the Field Sales and Service organization, end users and contractors in a consistent manner for aftermarket product offerings. You will be responsible for quoting, processing incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry, managing order entry, order status, follow up with suppliers, create new customers profiles, while providing support for the Global Airside Field Sales & Service organization in a consistent manner across the entire Product Service Department.How You Will Do ItProvides selling support through technical assistance via Sales Force and email inquiries from field offices, contractors and end usersWorks with Suppliers, JCI factories and Engineering teams to provide part numbers, pricing and delivery for Airside Aftermarket partsUtilizing system databases, provides parts pricing and freight estimatesCoordinate archive data requests with internal retention center to support the Airside agents and JCI Sales and Rep/AgentsResolve RMA issues that arise with customer ordersIdentify Continuous improvement opportunities thru day-to-day support activitiesProvides assistance or information for favorable aftermarket sales.
