Engineer 2","description":"CyberCore is looking for a Process Engineer 2.\n\nApplies process improvement (PI), engineering methodologies, and principles to effectively improve and align Enterprise-level processes.\n\nFacilitates project teams in accomplishing project activities and objectives.\n\nCoordinates the transfer of new processes and practices to project teams by providing group facilitation, interviewing, training and additional forms of knowledge transfer.\n\nActs as a key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure Enterprise-wide integration of engineering efforts.\n\nCoordinate and schedule process assessments\n\nAnalyze assessment results and make improvement recommendations\n\nAssess Process Improvement progress and report findings\n\nAssist in defining Process Improvement strategy and lesson learns\n\nDevelop the plans for process assessments, both informal and formal\n\nWork closely with the systems and software engineering process development team members to determine organizational readiness for assessment as well as in conducting assessments\n\nLead assessment teams in conducting both formal and informal assessments\n\nEnsure assessment results and recommendations are used as the basis for improvement plans\n\nEvaluate Systems Engineering and Software Engineering processes to address problems with process work flows, organizational structure and alignment and planning.\n\nConducts training sessions and workshops for Process Improvement activities\n\nInterpret and promote the use of Process Improvement best practices\n\nAssist in Enterprise level Systems and Software Engineering Process Improvement initiatives\n\nLead Process Improvement effort utilizing CMM/CMMI or other similar process models\n\nEnsure processes are established and documented to support the application and institutionalization of sound systems and software engineering discipline and continuous process improvement\n\nProvide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets\n\nConfigure and manage UNIX and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity of and configure network components, along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance\n\nProvide in-depth
