The Data Technical Program Manager leads an enterprise-scale data program that enables scalable, trusted, and actionable data across the organization. This role owns end-to-end program execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery outcomes across data engineering, analytics, and business teams. It is accountable for program-level outcomes and governance across multiple workstreams rather than day-to-day project execution. KEY OUTCOMES • Deliver enterprise data initiatives on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities. • Drive measurable adoption and value from data platforms and analytics capabilities. • Proactively manage and communicate program risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs. • Provide leadership with clear visibility into progress, outcomes, and key decisions. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES • Own delivery of multiple interrelated data initiatives using modern data architectures (e.g., Medallion). • Serve as the primary program interface for business, IT, and executive stakeholders. • Drive roadmap planning, milestone execution, and dependency management. • Establish program standards, governance, and operating cadence. • Oversee program budgets, resourcing, and forecasts. • Identify and mitigate risks; implement corrective actions as needed. • Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to senior and executive leadership. • Coordinate and govern onboarding of new entities and attributes in Snowflake using the Medallion framework across multiple projects. • Manage cross-team dependencies and prioritization to prevent downstream delivery blockers. • Define and enforce standard operating procedures and release gates to support a single version of the truth across data warehouse efforts. • Drive enablement by ensuring documentation and training are available and adopted so delivery teams adhere to standards. QUALIFICATIONS • 5-8+ years leading enterprise-scale data programs. • Experience with modern data platforms (cloud, Snowflake, ETL/ELT pipelines). • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives at scale.
