Learn more at li.me.\nWe are seeking a proactive, data-driven, and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our Atlanta Operations team as a Junior Operations Associate. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our fleet operations, coordinating team efforts both in the warehouse and out in the field, and serving as the local expert to identify and address the unique needs of our riders. From ensuring vehicle readiness in the warehouse to supporting seamless customer experiences, you will tackle diverse challenges that define our operational success. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the evolution of mobility solutions in Atlanta while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\nWhat you’ll do\nTeam Development: Onboard, train, and coach Mechanics and Fleet Support staff to ensure efficient deployment and retrieval of shared electric vehicles while fostering a team-oriented environment.\nTeam Integration: Assist with the facilitations of new team members, creating a supportive and collaborative work culture.\nPerformance Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to warehouse leadership on team performance to help drive continuous improvement.\nOperational Excellence: Identify and share best practices to enhance operational efficiency within the warehouse and contribute to Lime's global community of excellence.\nWarehouse Operations: Support the maintenance of a safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse environment, ensuring vehicles remain fully operational to meet market demands. Will be required to safely operate a push cart, pallet jack, and/or forklift to move vehicle inventory. Where applicable, forklift certification will be necessary.\nKPI Monitoring: Assist warehouse leadership in tracking key performance indicators related to repairs per hour, tasks per hour, backlog and operational efficiencies.\nRegulatory Support: Collaborate with warehouse leadership in their support to the Government Relations team on legal, regulatory, and safety matters as needed.\nEvent Participation: Engage in Lime events, supporting revenue growth initiatives, providing valet services, and conducting safety reviews to enhance customer experiences.\nIssue Reporting: Identify and report operational or product-related issues, supporting leadership in investigating customer complaints and service incidents.\nVehicle Maintenance: Conduct and oversee vehicle maintenance and quality checks, manage battery inventory, and ensure vehicles are ready for deployment\nAdditional Responsibilities: Perform other job-related tasks as assigned to support warehouse and field operations which may include safely operating a Lime van\nAbout you\nMust be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver license and clean driving record\nProficient verbal and written communication skills in English and [XX] language.\n1 year of experience in a professional setting (internship, entry-level operations role, or equivalent experience preferred) with exposure to operational processes and workforce management\nDemonstrate a safety-oriented mindset with experience in continuous improvement and addressing day-to-day challenges to improve service quality.\nStrong work ethic with an entrepreneurial mindset, and a readiness to take on increasing levels of responsibilities and a commitment to enhancing stakeholder management and collaboration skills\nAbility to understand data to assist warehouse leadership with decisions around cost optimization and operational efficiency.\nFamiliarity with Excel and Google Sheets\nAbility to lift up to 65lbs / 35 kg on a frequent basis.\nExperience safely operating a pallet jack or push cart. Where markets require the use of a forklift, Lime will coordinate a certification\nDisclaimer: To ensure the safety of our drivers Dual-Facing AI Dash Cams that record the road and inside the cab have been installed in our vehicles. As a requirement of this position, a waiver accepting acknowledgement of the Dash Cam in Lime’s vehicle must be signed.\nThis is a contracted position employed and compensated by a third-party employer.
