achieve their strategic and financial objectives.\r\nEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesHealthcare Banking Program DevelopmentAssist in the development and execution of the Bank's Healthcare Banking strategy focused on privately owned healthcare practices.\r\nHelp establish and grow a new healthcare banking program within the Bank.\r\nDevelop marketing, referral, and business development strategies designed to attract healthcare professionals and practice owners.\r\nWork with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and establish performance goals for the healthcare banking business line.\r\nHelp define healthcare lending standards, product offerings, and relationship management practices.\r\nRelationship Management & Business DevelopmentDevelop and manage a portfolio of healthcare industry clients.\r\nBuild long-term relationships with physicians, dentists, veterinarians, healthcare practice administrators, and healthcare business owners.\r\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.\r\nGenerate new loan, deposit, treasury management, and fee income opportunities.\r\nActively participate in healthcare associations, industry events, and networking organizations to enhance the Bank's visibility and business development efforts.\r\nMaintain regular contact with clients to understand changing business needs and identify opportunities to expand relationships.\r\nCommercial LendingDevelop and manage a commercial loan portfolio.\r\nInterview customers to determine loan requirements and gather necessary information for loan applications.\r\nAnalyze financial statements and other relevant data to recommend the best lending solutions based on customer needs and financial capabilities.\r\nEvaluate creditworthiness and present well-structured lending proposals\r\nOffer tailored financial solutions to meet customer objectives, while enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.\r\nDevelop customized loan proposals and present them to customers to secure new business and maintain existing relationships.\r\nFollow up on pending loan deals and loan renewals.\r\nProvide updates on portfolio performance, new business, and market developments to senior leadership.\r\nHealthcare Industry ExpertiseDevelop and maintain a thorough understanding of healthcare industry trends, reimbursement models, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.\r\nUnderstand the financial drivers unique to healthcare organizations and professional practices.\r\nProvide financial guidance and strategic insights relevant to healthcare providers.\r\nMonitor industry developments and identify emerging opportunities and risks.\r\nCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Treasury Management, Wealth Management, Retail Banking, Mortgage, and other business lines to provide comprehensive banking solutions.\r\nCollaborate with Credit Administration and Loan Operations to ensure effective relationship management and loan servicing.\r\nWork closely with senior leadership to achieve portfolio growth and profitability\r\nRequirementsRequired Education and ExperienceMinimum 5-10 years of commercial lending or commercial banking experience.\r\nDegree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.\r\nHealthcare lending experience strongly preferred.\r\nProven track record of business development and portfolio growth.\r\nExperience underwriting and managing complex commercial credit relationships.\r\nPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\r\nFrequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, calculator, telephone, and other office equipment.\r\nAbility to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and through virtual meeting platforms.\r\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret detailed financial reports, credit presentations, and other business documents.\r\nOccasional standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs.\r\nAbility to travel independently to customer locations, bank offices, networking events, and community functions.\r\nAbility to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license.\r\nAbility to occasionally lift and carry files, reports, or presentation materials weighing up to 15-20 pounds.\r\nAbility to work extended hours as business needs require, including attendance at customer meetings, community events, or business development activities outside of normal banking
