This role is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while keeping projects on schedule.\nWhat You’ll Do Lead and supervise field crews on commercial construction projects.\nPlan and organize daily and weekly work to maximize productivity.\nEnsure work meets company quality standards and address issues promptly.\nCoordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades.\nRead and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project schedules.\nMonitor project progress and communicate challenges or delays proactively.\nTrain, mentor, and develop crew members.\nHold team members accountable for safety, quality, and performance expectations.\nPromote and enforce safe work practices and company policies.\nHelp control labor costs by minimizing waste, rework, and downtime.\nQualifications 5+ years of commercial construction experience, including crew leadership.\nStrong knowledge of drywall, framing, or related commercial construction trades.\nAbility to read blueprints and understand construction schedules.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nCommitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork.\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation.\nPhysical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work on active construction sites.\nAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.\nWhy Build Your Career at Metro Walls?
