{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"f399363d5d03f83cfe842349","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/f399363d5d03f83cfe842349","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/f399363d5d03f83cfe842349","title":"Sr. Program Manager","description":"Austin, TX (remote options)\nTGTG is seeking a Program Manager to support our Veterans Administration customer?s requirements as in support of the Product Management Support Services (PMSS) which enables FSC to deliver a wide variety of financial service offerings to the VA Enterprise including Veterans Benefit Administration (VBA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), National Cemetery Administration (NCA) and VA Staff Offices\nResponsibilities\nProvide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the contractor staff execution for each of an individual FSC SL as defined in this PWS.\nProvide day-to-day management guidance and direction to contractor personnel in the execution of tasks defined in this PWS and have responsibilities that are wholly specific to the SL that the PgM is supporting.\nUse proven product management and software development methodologies that assure that all contract-driven activities are identified, documented, and tracked so that the contract shall continuously be evaluated and monitored for timely and quality service.\nFunction as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to align teams of teams towards a shared business and technology objectives. The RTE serves the teams to fulfill the objectives of the Program Increment (PI) governed by the Product and/or Business Owners (roles fulfilled by government officials).\nProactively monitor the performance of FSC SL and Products and provide expert SME input to PMO and FSC leadership that will improve the overall SL and the Product Management maturity of the PMO.\nSupports quality assurance over the SL Program and the SL Product deliverables.\nUse VA approved tools (e.g. Agility, Jira, etc.) for supporting VA PARS and PGB metrics for reporting purposes.\nShall have the responsibility to continuously assist their respective FSC SL with business and growth opportunities.
