We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n- Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git).\n- Implement and manage build automation, packaging, and deployment workflows.\n- Support installation frameworks (e.g., InstallShield, Chocolatey, Docker containers).\n- Improve software build reliability, performance, and repeatability.\n- Manage version control branching, merging, and release processes.\n- Contribute to system administration tasks for R&D development environments (Windows/Linux).\n- Provide monitoring and troubleshooting support for DevOps infrastructure.\n- Collaborate with international teams.\n\nQualifications:\n\nEssential:\n- 2–5 years of R&D experience in DevOps, Build/Release Engineering, or CI/CD automation.\n- Strong knowledge of CI/CD principles and best practices.\n- Hands-on experience with Jenkins (Groovy pipelines), Git, Docker, InstallShield, Chocolatey, NuGet, Artifactory.\n- Proficiency in scripting/programming (C#, Python, Shell, or similar).\n- Experience with Windows system administration; familiarity with Linux a plus.\n- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and teamwork skills.\n- Self-starter with excellent communication skills and ability to learn quickly.\n\nPreferred:\n- Experience in Test & Measurement software or instrumentation environments.\n- Familiarity with scope-based or hardware/software integrated applications.\n- Exposure to Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and collaborative workflows.\n- Experience working with distributed international R&D teams.\n\nEducation\n- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software/Electrical Engineering, or related field.\n\nOther Information\n\nThe level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.\nColorado Pay Range MIN $110,740.00, Mid. 147,650.00, MAX $184,570.00\n\nNote: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region\n\nThis position is on-site in Colorado Springs, Colorado\n\nRelocation is available for this position\n\nVisa Sponsorship is not available for this position\n\nThis position requires access to technology and/or technical data that is subject to U.S. export controls.
