Telehealth Therapist (LCSW/LMHC) - Hawaii

Aegis Behavioral Health Group is a growing psychiatric practice seeking therapists ready to build their caseload quickly. We handle the administrative work so you can focus entirely on therapy and patient care.This is a fully remote telehealth opportunity serving patients throughout Hawaii. Office for in-person visits is optional. We offer flexible scheduling, steady referrals, and a diverse patient population that includes anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions. Compensation starts at 70% of net collections, averaging approximately $80–85 per session, with automatic increases to 75% at Year 2 and 80% at Year 3+. We are currently paneled with HMAA, Humana, Optum, and UHA, with more pending.Aegis provides CharmHealth EHR, HIPAA-compliant phone and video through Spruce, credentialing, insurance billing, scheduling, intake coordination, and a professional company email at no cost to the provider. There is no non-compete.Applicants must hold an active Hawaii LCSW or LMHC license, maintain reliable internet and a private telehealth workspace, and carry malpractice insurance or be willing to obtain coverage.
