We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Technician.\nJob Description:\nWe are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Desktop Support Technician with strong customer service skills to work at the Little Sandy Correctional Complex in Sandy Hook, KY. This position provides support to DOC staff within the Correctional Complex (approx. 275 devices) & will also interact or be among prison inmates as they are used for work detail, etc.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide desktop support for devices including tablets, desktops, laptops, printers, copiers, and phones.\nAssist with troubleshooting and maintenance of security cameras, servers, and network switches as needed.\nEnsure all IT issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.\nAdhere to DOC policies while working in a correctional environment, interacting with both staff and inmates.\nParticipate in mandatory training, including a three-week orientation on prison-specific protocols and general employee orientation.
