RN Home Health-{169275} Location: Moline, IL 61265 Coverage Area: Up to 50 miles from Moline homebase Pay: $50/hour Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Overview We are hiring an RN Home Health in Moline, IL . This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong home health background who is comfortable working independently in the field while coordinating closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams. This role is ideal for an RN with hands-on experience in Homecare Homebase , OASIS documentation , and home health case management. The position includes local travel and possible on-call responsibilities based on branch and staffing needs.
