The Team Lead will be responsible for managing access control operations, leading team members, and driving continuous improvement of policies and procedures.\nReports to: Technical Security Access Control Manager\n\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\n\nLead and mentor Security Access Control team members, providing training on badge printing, visitor management hardware, and system operations with Standard operating procedures documentation.\n\nServe as escalation point for regional access control needs and complex technical issues.\n\nCoordinate team workflow and ensure consistent service delivery across all sites.\n\nMonitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and development.\n\nIssue credentials to all Anduril employees, contractors, and guests.\n\nCreate, assign, maintain, revoke, and audit access within the enterprise access control system (Genetec ClearID).\n\nProcess all physical access requests using the enterprise ticketing system.\n\nManage and maintain visitor access within the enterprise visitor management system.\n\nMaintain appropriate site supply inventory and ensure adequate resources for operations.\n\nCollaborate with cross‑functional business partners to define space ownership and appropriate area approvers.\n\nLead the continuous development of access control policies, procedures, and systems with documentation.\n\nCreate and maintain access control documentation using proper change management and process controls.\n\nMaintain access control system datasets, including compiling reports, assisting with requests from internal teams, and reporting key metrics to senior leadership.\n\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\n\n3+ years of experience managing physical access control in a corporate environment.\n\n3+ years of experience creating and modifying access credentials in Genetec and ClearID enterprise access control systems.\n\nProven experience in a customer service‑oriented office environment.\n\nExperience working in the Physical Security industry with exposure to global operations and projects.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office suite, ticketing systems (Jira), and collaboration tools.\n\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse team.\n\nStrong leadership abilities with experience training and mentoring team members.\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast‑paced work environment with rapidly changing priorities and peak periods.\n\nStrong work ethic and high level of discretion with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.\n\nExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nProblem‑solving mindset with the ability to serve as escalation point for complex issues.\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\n\n5+ years of progressive security experience, preferably within a multi‑national corporation or Federal entity.\n\nStrong project management skills and extensive experience with large‑scale technical security system implementations and upgrades.\n\nFamiliarity with AI tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office suite, ticketing systems (Jira), and collaboration tools.\n\nUS Salary Range\n$126,000 — $167,000 USD\n\nThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
