This is a non-flying position. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy working with people and are motivated by delivering excellence, then we could be a good fit for you, and you for us.\n\nResponsibilities include:\n\nSupervise and manage the day-to-day Customer training activities specific to the program aircraft to include aircraft-specific training delivery, Customer scheduling, Instructor scheduling, condition of training equipment, and training documentation.\nEnsure that training materials are prepared, maintained and used in accordance with all regulatory requirements by periodically comparing said requirements with day-to-day activities and any audit inspection results.\nAdhere to SOP's and regulations.\nParticipate and promote the safety culture, reporting all aviation safety related issues via the feedback system, and adhere to the processes related to accomplishing goals.\nProvide information and resources to individual Instructors in support of the conduct of Customer training.\nEnsure Instructors are informed of unique Customer training requirements and ensure compliance with those requirements during Customers’ training.\nUpdate and modify Lesson Plan notes, syllabi and teaching aids, as necessary.\nConduct periodic Instructor meetings to communicate policies, procedures, and unique Customer training issues.\n\nQualifications\n\nProfessional requirements are as follows:\n\nHold at least an FAA Private Pilot certificate.\nEffective communication skills\nPositive and professional attitude\nWell organized and analytical\nAbility to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.\nFluency in English, through both verbal and written communications; able to speak, understand, read and write.\nExcellent organizational skills and detail oriented.\nAbility to interact with various levels of management in a professional manner.\nAbility to interact with varied customer base (current and/or prospective) while providing high level of customer service.\nAbility to adapt to changing schedules and high-pressure situations.\nAbility to use classroom equipment as necessary.\nContingent to employment, all candidates must pass a drug screening and background check, along with TSA badging-if required for your role.\nAbout Us\nWe are Skyborne, an industry-leading aviation training academy with a mission to Build Better Pilots.
