PRG's mission focuses on providing strategic resources for industries and businesses, delivering customized consulting solutions for cable MSOs and service providers.We seek a Telecom Project Manager with a solid construction background (cable/telephone company) and outside plant experience to manage projects in the area. You will be responsible for field oversight of construction progress, quality control, and reporting. You must be proactive and have solid, positive communication skills.What You’ll DoOversee, track, report, and direct all aspects of an FTTx construction projectActively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Keeps clients and others informed about project status and issues impacting client relations.Organize and lead project meetings and calls as necessaryImplement new processes and procedures as set forth by the construction department.Do you have what it takes?QualificationsExperience managing contractors and coordinating multi-site construction projectsStrong written and verbal communication skills with a positive attitudeThe candidate must be well-organized, proactive, resourceful, flexible, able to communicate with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and perform professionally.Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office programs.Candidate must have own vehicle in acceptable condition (to be determined by hiring manager) & a valid driver’s license - mileage reimbursement will be paid at the standard Federal rate.Overtime may be required at times based on the volume of work.Bachelor's Degree in a related field or three years of related work experience preferredMust have previous supervisory/management experienceOur commitment to youSalary negotiable depending upon experience Mileage reimbursement for vehicle useHealth benefits include medical, dental & vision for you and your dependents on the first of the month following your start dateHybrid work schedule - 3 days in office - 2 days remoteHealth benefits include medical, dental & vision for you and your dependents on the first of the month following your start dateCompany-paid Short-term Disability benefits after one year of service401(k) Plan on the first of the month following your start date with a safe-harbor match after one year of serviceSupplemental Life Insurance is offered for you and your dependentsClassPass shared cost membership is offered to each employeePaid time off, holiday pay, and a floating holiday to enjoy time with your friends and family.Are you interested in applying?Click the "Apply for this position" button and complete the short form.
