This leadership role works closely with the Program Director to oversee daily operations, supervise and support staff, and ensure high quality services for youth and families experiencing serious emotional and behavioral challenges.\nWhat You’ll Do Support the daily operations of the DCF Support and Stabilization program\nProvide supervision, coaching, and support to team members and interns\nCoordinate referrals, case assignments, and caseload distribution with DCF and the Program Director\nMonitor documentation, productivity, service delivery, and program compliance\nSupport staff with high-risk situations and coordinate with DCF, hospitals, schools, emergency services, and community providers\nAssist with recruitment, onboarding training, performance management, and retention\nSupport quality improvement, program development, budgeting, and new initiatives\nServe as Acting Program Director and provide on-call coverage as assigned\nWhat We’re Looking For Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field preferred\nLICSW, LMHC, BCBA, or other relevant licensure preferred\nMinimum of five years of experience working with youth and families experiencing serious emotional and behavioral challenges, including community based or in home services\nSupervisory or leadership experience preferred\nExperience working with DCF and knowledge of community resources preferred\nStrong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nValid Massachusetts driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the service area\nWhat We Offer We offer an excellent benefits package for both full and part-time staff, including; health and Dental (must work a minimum of 30 hours) vision, life, short and long term disability insurance as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan.\nPaid time off benefits include vacation, personal, sick and holidays.\nTo support ongoing professional development, we offer tuition reimbursement, conference, seminar, certification and specialized training funding, as well as free clinical supervision for licensure.\nWe think the best benefit we offer is the chance to learn from each other and we hope you will be willing to teach us as well.\nThe Edinburg Center, Inc. is an Aff?\nBe YOU!
